How is the sewing thread produced?
- Apr 17, 2018 -

Regarding the production process of the sewing thread, two production processes of continuous long fibers and short fibers are divided. Long fiber sewing thread: 1. From the slicing, setting and winding, to make a continuous composite monofilament containing the number of F (holes); 2. The white strand made of the composite monofilament after the initial enthalpy and re-tanning. Line yarn; 3, after dyeing and finishing workshop for smooth dyeing; 4, sub-packaged winding forming finished sewing thread.

Short fiber type sewing thread: 1. Cut cotton into short fibers by slicing; 2. Rolling into roving and further splicing into fine yarn through clearing; 3. Result of fine yarn twisting and twisting to make required thickness. Line yarn embryo yarn; 4, in the dyeing workshop for color dyeing and post-processing; 5, drying and packaging into a product line.

Long fiber sewing thread: nylon (nylon) long fiber sewing thread, polyester long fiber sewing thread. For example: nylon Bondi wire, nylon wire, polyester high strength wire, polyester Bondi wire.

Short fiber sewing thread: There are pure cotton thread, polyester SP thread, PP thread, staple fiber sewing thread, etc. According to the performance requirements of sewing, choosing the right material and type of sewing thread can achieve the best sewing effect.

Share the cause of disconnection or skipping with you?

 1. Use the wrong sewing thread. If you do not understand the material or sewing requirements, the bottom line will not be properly matched.

 2, the quality of sewing thread itself has flaws, such as: fluff, lack of strength, scattered shares, stocks and so on.

 3. The needle number is not used correctly, resulting in a mismatch between the size of the needle and the wire;

 4. The needle or pinhole of the needle car is damaged or defective;

 5, sewing thread tension is too large, machine sewing thread channel tension is not adjusted;

 6. Incorrect threading or incorrect operation of the sewing machine;

 7, pinhole fever, sewing thread does not have enough lubrication, that is, the oil rate is not enough.

 8, the feeding process is not smooth, or feeding method is not appropriate.
